This past year has been quite eventful, to say the least.
At the end of last summer my family moved to a new house on the outskirts of the city, in a nice subdivision. The house needed a lot of work, but my parents pulled it off somehow. My new room is in the basement of the new house, and is huge. All my furniture from the old room, plus more, does not even fill all the space I have. Let's just say I call it a significant upgrade.
As I mentioned in my previous entry I attended the Integrated Marketing Communications (Advertising) program at St. Lawrence College this year. Apart from the fact that I am not a huge fan of school in general...I did enjoy the program and found that I learned a lot. It is quite different from University, but I love the hands on factor! At the end of the year there were 'The Greg Awards', which highighted the best from one of two advertising campaigns; 1. St. Lawrence Pools, and 2. Leon's. Under the direction of Lizz McAllister, the group I was in placed third overall at the Greg's for St. Lawrence Pools. It was an excellent finish to the end of first year.
From May 1st-17th I went to Germany. My half-sister Melanie lives in Munich, and agreed to let me stay with her for two weeks. I spent most of my time wandering the city alone, but spent a bit of time with her aswell. The photographs I took were nothing special in my opinion, but I will be posting some of them as soon as I find the USB cable for the camera, hahahaha. The trip was an awesome experience, and I will admit that it has fuelled my desire to travel the world, and I am secretly planning more trips as I type this.
Who knows what this summer will bring! As is stands I am unemployeed, and despretely seaking a job. I seem to repeat on thing to myself over and over to keep from feeling sad. "When life gives you lemons, make lemonade!"

If I ever saw a ghost it'd change the way I think
I wouldn't gasp for air if ever I did sink
I wouldn't struggle, I'd just let it all out fast,
And then start living in the past
Yeah? Which school?
well, that's good

You got on my nerves, heh.
I've been alright, you've you been?
